Venice Photos Up!
Chance would have it that Venice is kind of good for something other than Carnivale—but not much! No, don’t get me wrong, the city is wonderful, but the rampant Teuton floods are just too much for the unsuspecting traveler. I suppose that after spending five months in Bologna, going to cities like Venice and Florence is bound to surprise with the wild abundance of tourists. But beyond the masses, it makes sense why they all flock there: There’s tons to see. However, food anywhere near the big tourist areas is just outrageously priced, along with anything else that you would ever want to buy. But, I did purchase a lovely “Forza Venezia” scarf—the team is Series C, which is just about as sad as it gets. That is, before you start playing adult leagues on Sunday nights.
